    @ConEdison please explain to me why does the due date each month change? It started out the 7th then went to the 6th, 3rd, 4th, 3rd, and now the 30th. Meanwhile I have been paying the 8th, 10th, 13th and 15th doesn’t that tell you maybe the due date should be 11 or 12th?

    @kimmosc It's 2022. ConEdison, any utility, should send email, snail mail, say "big story!" to news media, to alert customers the price of power generation fuels was/is rapidly rising so expect bills of some estimated percentage higher. Being surprised by arriving bill in 2020 is inane.

    @CristinaAimee @ConEdison Power companies are public utilities, so they must file a rate case MONTHS in advance before they can increase rates. The public is able to contest the increase during that time. If they didn't do this, absolutely bring them to court, but likely they did and you just missed it.

    @ConEdison I just waited 3 hours to speak to an agent just so they can tell me that they can’t do anything to help me. Last month’s bill was close to $700 bc the marketplace has “higher rates” in the middle of NY winter! Tripling from prior bill without any notification!! #wtf
