Bei „Marulks Alltag“ handelt es sich um eine kleine Auskopplung. Hier wird in vier kurzen Episoden das Zusammenleben von Marulk und der etwas düsteren Oozen gezeigt. Das Spiel Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness kostet 60 Euro auf Steam und beginnt mit Treffen von Riko und Reg.
Das 3D-Action-RPG verspricht eine eigene Story, die im Verlauf der Handlung der ersten Staffel angesiedelt ist und unter Leitung des Manga-Schöpfers Akihito Tsukushi entstanden. Für Fans des Animes könnte sich das Spiel also durchaus lohnen.

Ich selbst war überrascht, wie gut mir Made in Abyss gefallen hat. Auf den ersten Blick könnte man hier einen niedlichen Anime für Kinder erwarten. Stattdessen wird hier ein spannendes Abenteuer geboten, welches sich mit sehr düsteren und brutalen Szenen schmückt. Für Kinder tatsächlich eher ungeeignet, für Erwachsene Anime-Fans grandiose Unterhaltung.
